The internal motivation for learning is the engine of the love for knowledge, born in a protected environment of trust, equality and freedom - it cannot be surgically implanted by educational tools. The key to it is self-directed learning, in sync with the children’s nature.
Innate curiosity and the freedom to test the limits of their abilities lead to the discovery of children's interests and talents not only in the intellectual sphere of development.
The family actively participates in the preparation of an individual program for their child. Depending on the family values and the model of parenting, the program may include mandatory subjects and optional activities. Some parents even choose to entrust the decision of its content entirely to the student.
The school team periodically holds individual meetings with the parents, when they are informed about their child's development and an update of their individual program is set.
